- ATM On-site at the DZ
- ATM located a gas station/convenience store .5 mile from the DZ (they also sell beer and wine)
- Most major banks have branches in Pearland (19 miles north of the DZ)
Lodging
RVs/Hookups
RV hookups are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rate: $500/month for full hookups, electricity included. Call manifest at 281-369-3337 to inquire about availability and reservations.

Bunkhouse
To reserve a room in the on-site bunkhouse, please contact Manifest at (281) 369-3337. $15/night.

Apartments/Rooms/Houses
Many local skydivers will also rent rooms or houses. Check out the Third Coast Flight group on Facebook to inquire about that. There are also apartments available in nearby towns; Alvin and Pearland are good options.

Showers/Bathrooms/Laundry
Bathrooms are available on-site in the hangar (which closes at night), and showers/bathrooms/laundry are available 24/7 in the bunkhouse.

Landing Point Cafe
There is an on-site deli that is open for breakfast and lunch, although it is often closed on Tuesdays. See the menu here!
There are also several restaurants in Pearland, Alvin, Angleton, and Missouri City.
Get the Most Out of Your Unlimited Package!
Jumpers who maximize their jumps on the package usually come here with skydiving goals in mind and a path mapped out to achieve them. For example, Henry Guyver arrived here for the package in 2018 with the goal of becoming an accomplished wingsuiter. Fast forward one year and 1295 jumps later, and he hit that goal way early! Others come here with dreams of becoming accomplished freeflyers or even instructors.
Every Spaceland has tools to help you grow and succeed in skydiving! We have mentor programs with free coaching for skydivers with 100 jumps or less, then we have organizers. We have highly skilled coaches who will be happy to focus on you and keep your learning curve steep. And we regularly hold coach and instructor rating courses by The Ratings Center to help you achieve goals of working with students.
We also are proud to have a highly skilled community of active jumpers here on any given day, and we are located conveniently to not just one, but TWO 14-ft iFly wind tunnels in the Houston area.

Hi Heath! Thanks for reaching out about this! We usually set the rate for the package late the prior year, so check back with us in October for that! We often have an RV available but it’s first-come, first-served so you’d just want to reach out to our office when you’re ready (281-369-3337). Car: Most people end up with one but there are several other people here with cars so you can likely get by for a bit while you look for one.
